We are in Guadalupe!

All

Tutoring and reading program in Guadalupe is up and running.  Over 50 kids age 5-18.  However, even better is we just rented space in the Mercado!  We now have a place for our reading and tutoring programs as well as to meet more people in the community and expand.  Even better, many people in Guadalupe including some business are chipping in to help cover the rent.  The people in Guadalupe are providing half the rent.    Five $ or ten $ a week or a month.  Whatever they can do. Because they believe in it and their community.  That is community development.

About jeffbisgrove

Since 2010, Jeff has worked with communities in Arizona and Phoenix Valley of the Sun specifically, walking with communities and helping them positively transform their communities and come closer to the love of God. We work with communities to help them hear their story, to find their assets, to strengthen their voice and then to organize themselves to drive the transformation they want to see. We help them join with partners and collaborators that want to help them see their vision of transformation take place in order to make it real. Our vision is to continue to repeat this long term with the communities so they grow fully into the plan God has for them.
