Busy 2016

Things have been busy in Guadalupe in 2016.   The tutoring program continues with about 40 kids, including two more high school graduates!   Congratulations Destiny and Gabriel. We continue working with our family groups on issues that are important to them and helping families get more involved with their children’s educations.

Also, we started a vending business as a way to generate some employment for some of our Guadalupe friends.   The first half of this year had been spend learning the business – it is now running well and we want to expand.    If you are interested in having a vending service for your business / site; please drop us a note.

We are in our summer program and things continue to go well.   We are doing Godly Play with the younger children and have our teens being leaders in the program; helping out with the younger children.   Lots of reading and great field trips.    The older children and working on their summer and life goals.    In August, the tutoring starts up again.  Check out some of the pictures.
