While we might not have our space in the Mercado, activity continues with our community in Guadalupe.
After we did our Fall backpack event with our families, we continued to stay in touch, Through the generosity of m any of our donors we supported a number of families with food during Thanksgiving. We continued our cycle of weekly prayer. Finally, we are in the process of planning for our big Christmas event.
This Event will be held in the Mercado Tuesday Dec 19 4 - 8 pm. Miss Marina is putting this event on in partnership with a Gusdalupe car club and the Maricopa County Sheriffs department. We will have food, fun and games for all our families and children. And of course - there will be lots of gifts.
We also are in conversations with other people in Guadalupe that have God and Community development on their hearts. There is more conversation to be had, but we are encouraged with where God is leading us.
