Our Guadalupe summer program, led by Miss Marina and Miss Rose, is coming to an end. Last day is this friday July 24 - when the kids in the Guadalupe Learning Lab under Miss Marina will have their party. We will then be packing backpacks for all the kids in the program (thanks to everyone that donated supplies!) and giving them to the kids Friday July 31.
Our Fall tutoring program at the Guadalupe Learning Lab kicks off Monday Aug 10, 2015. Hours will be: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 3:30 - 6:00 pm (note - later time for special projects can be negotiated). Focus is on helping kids with homework and to improve their overall school achievement. Wednesday we will have Moms club, GED, parent - teacher conferences, as well as open time for any student needing special help. On Fridays we will be closed but use the time as needed for community events, special education help or any other flex time needed by the community.
